    Purchased a GS5. Old user filled out necessary info to get Phone unlocked from AT&T, old user even put in my email address, so the unlock code comes to me. It did, took it to my carrier MetroPCS. Had it unlocked but it still will not let me use it. It keeps telling that i need to enter email and password (I'm taking that, that is the old users info) but old user does not remember what email and password she used. Old user contacted Samsung and all they said was to go to Account.samsung.com or org and thats all i could to reset it. Messed around with site they told me to, but im still SOL. Can ANYONE let me know the proper steps to completely wipe it so I can start using it with MY carrier. I've already hard reset it, but still continues to type in email and password. I cant get passed that part. Please help!
