Galaxy S5 screen not lighting up but soft keys light up
Hello, I am having an issue. I have tried a few repairs to fix the issue yet it still persists. I have taken the battery out of the back and hit the power key several times and still have the problem. I also turned off the phone hit power vol up and home key....cleared data and then reset. So my phone has been reset as if I had just bought it, yet my screen still will not light up but the soft keys will be lit. I am at a loss. I have only had this phone since July and its in an otterbox. What gives? I was trying to see the android side of life but this is miserable. Never had this issue with Apple. Please help!!
