One of the perks of the S5 is the removable battery. Has anyone got a good (or bad) story about replacing their stock battery with an extended one?
I myself have fitted an MPJ battery from eBay that is thicker significantly than the original. It is claimed to be 8000mah which of course is rubbish. By my estimations it is somewhere over 4000mah or roughly about 50% more capacity.
Today for eg, I had about 4hrs screen on time of constant Web browsing, Youtube and playing games. I still had over 60% battery left. And this after 9hrs standby. Anyone else with an experience?
P.S. This is the reason I am very picky over my next phone. Replaceable batteries are almost a thing of the past and I want my next phone to have really good battery life without relying on heavy current battery destroying fast charging.
