why won't my galaxy s5 only work when it is connected to a charger?
It keeps restarting randomly if i try to use it when it is not connected to the charger. However, the battery is fully charged and I haven't downloaded in new apps recently. I have taken the sd card out and that didn't help anything. There is an update available but I can only see it when it shows up on the phone (meaning I can't find it unless the phone prompts itself). I am a verizon customer and my contract is almost up so I've had this phone for almost 2 years and it seems its time to get a new one. What should I do?
