I have a samsung galaxy s5, and i put a password on it and forgot it. I tried to use the device manager to change the password but when i hit "lock" it says that it sent the request but then shows a message that says "since google has verified there is already a password in place, the password you entered wont be needed". BUT it IS needed because i forgot my original password!!! I REALLY don't want to have to do a factory data reset, so can someone please help me?!
