[AC Question]

Double tap period is turned off. Cache is cleared I've tried stock keyboard, Swift key and Swype and it still keeps happening.

Example is: "this problem is driving me nuts."
Types out as: "this. Problem. Is driving. Me. Nuts"

Using an s5. And It didn't happen for the first 3 months of this phone and then started happening. Had an s5 active before that did this aswell.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this only happen when you're swype-typing (as opposed to tap-typing)?

It is annoying when it happens. Probably is due to the proximity of the space bar and period. It's odd that it just began happening and that it happens on various keyboards. Only thing that I can suggest is trying to aim for the center of the spacebar...
