My Alarm icon/notification will not go away.

I've checked the Clock app's alarm detail, and deleted all past (inactive) alarms. No help.

I went into Application Manager/Clock and cleared cache and deleted data then restarted. That removes Icon for about 15 to 20 minutes, and then reappears. There isn't any Google alarms/reminders either.

Running 5.1.1 on ATT.
