Since installing the system upgrade my alarm app isn't working. How can I fix it?

Since installing the system upgrade my alarm app isn't working.

I installed the system update for my s5 and now my alarm app doesn't work. It's like when my phone is in sleep mode or something the app doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also rebooted the phone. ..neither solved the problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a 3rd party alarm app, or the stock Clock/Alarm? I assume it's a 3rd party app, since you can't uninstall a stock app. It may be that the app developer needs to update or patch the app to work correctly with your current S5 OS version.
