AC Question

I cannot access my emails on my phone. It tells me Server password has changed.

I have Cox email. I use my Galaxy S5 to read my emails. I get this message that says Server password has changed. Enter the new password. I have not changed the server password.

Welcome to the forums. Can you log into your email on a desktop PC?

Call Cox, ask them to reset the password to something simple like "12345" - WHILE you're connected to their email server page. Immediately log into the email page using 12345 as the password and change it. Then delete the email connection in the phone and add a new one using the new password. (I've seen servers make tiny changes by themselves - like one bit in a password, which invalidates the whole thing. Their connection can set any password you ask for.)
