[Galaxy S5 Neo] Rooting Apps

[AC Question]

Apologies in advance, but I am VERY new to this. I am looking at rooting my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo (firmware is G903WVLU1AOK1 if that helps... probably need to provide more info but note sure what...).

I've found many apps online but have read contradicting info on many of them (potential malware, bricking issues, etc.). Here's the list of apps I've found so far:

KingRoot
Kingo Android Root
OneClickRoot
Root Master
Root All Devices (HEXAMOB)
Z4root
iRoot

Can anyone help with suggestions as to which (if any) is safe(est) to use?

Sorry, very new to this.

To root the Galaxy S5 Neo model, G903W, running Android 5.1.1, you will need to use chainfire's CF-Auto-Root and carefully follow the instructions in [SM-G900*] CF-Auto-Root

Here is the root kernel that you will need...

And remember, you alwaysrun the risk of bricking a phone when you root it. Do all the steps a few times with the phone off, to make sure you won't get all fouled up when you're doing it for real. (The 10th time you root a phone you won't even pay attention, but pay close attention the first couple of times.)
