After patch today my phone asked me too reboot. I did and after I get a extra lockscreen I must swipe before I can get to my standard lockscreen. I have not installed or removed any apps and I restarted phone may 2 or 3 times (or just shutoff) a week. When I saw message to reboot after sprint did update is when I got extra screen.
