My S5 recieved 6.0.1 update couple days ago!!! But know my phone isn't getting Charged

I updated to 6.0.1 it worked well with some laggs, but yesterday a message from System UI in the notification bar said your Device is Heated alot we'll reduce performance, Screen Brightness and will block charging from then i tried alot but my phone is not getting charged please help {SM-G900H}​

Welcome to Android Central! Was the phone actually warm at the time? If not, then do you know if there has been any water damage in the past? Water damage often seems to lead to false temperature warnings.
