6.0.1 Aplication manager is useless

What has happened to the Aplication manager?
We have had this dumbed down to just a list of all apps, we're before we had Apps that were running
Apps on sd card
Now we get Apps on top ????
The worst is any third party apps also can not see what is running in the background thoughts people

You can now find it under developer options. To enable developer options, goto Settings> System> About Us> Scroll down to Build Number> Tap it 7 Times to enable developer mode. Hit the back button from there, and under System, you'll now see Developer Mode. In the first section there, you'll see "Running Processes.
