    Hi I just brought a Galaxy S5 Phone and I downloaded Samsung smart switch app and transferred everything from my old S3 to my new phone. Everything went well but when I tried to open my email It said I had to set up my account. So I put in my email address and password like it asked and clicked on Manuel set up and everything is fine and when I click next it checks incoming server and out going server and then says " cannot safely connect to server " ? Anyone else had this problem or can shed any light on possible problem. Many Thanks Robert

    Welcome to Android Central! Which email provider are you using? Do you have 2-step authentication turned on for that email account on the web?
