My S5 mini has just come back from being repaired and Here Maps now shows this error message when trying to start up.

    I've re-installed Here Maps
I've removed Google Maps in case it was causing an issue
I've reinstalled Google maps and updated it completely
    I've clear cache
    I've cleared Data

It's still not working. I really need some offline maps for tomorrow. Can someone offer some advice

There is no error message posted here... possibly because you're a first time poster?

I have no issues with Here Maps, but if you can't get it working can you try downloading/saving the map area in Google Maps?

What is the error you're getting? Can you just type it out, I'd love to try and help.

edit: Sorry - the "error message" in the post title. It just says "Here maps has stopped working" then force closes

Try uninstalling HERE Maps, then wipe the phone's cache partition.

    https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10683

This will not do anything "bad" to the phone. Just be sure to highlight "wipe cache partition" and not "factory reset"

sorry dude, I tried that but it doesn't work.

    FYI I have also tried...

    Uninstalling Google Maps
Reinstalling Google Maps and fully updating
    Clearing Here Maps Cache
    Also data
