No problem at home, but visiting relatives. Wifi won't connect. Says network error. Updated to latest Android version last week.

I'll start with the basic, and I assume you have the correct password for the wifi, including specific capitalization etc.. My first thought other than that would be the security on the network. Does the admin of your relatives network have any other security? Specifically I would be thinking about MAC Authentication. Some people set their networks so that not only do you need to know the password, but the "address" of your network card would need to be set as authorized on the router. This keeps people out who may know or break the PW, but their device isn't recognized do the router says too bad anyway. You can break some wifi passwords (depending on security) but a hacker would need to know a card address in advance to try and break in. much harder,

    Hope it helped

Took it to Verizon. Reset network settings and did a factory reset. Connects fine, but now have to figure out how to redo my personal changes.
