Off/On button for DATA usage in a G900V ?

Hi there,
A friend of mine has a G900V(erizon) and I was wondering if there's a way to turn off DATA usage
and then turn it back on ... something as effective as the WiFi button in the top pull down Notification Panel?
Like and On/Off/On/Off switch for DATA?

I don't see the "Mobile Data" button in my G900A so I guess AT&T removed it.

I don't have the G900V here right now but would like to relay the info. to friend if it's on ther G900V.

That can be done in Settings, but there are widgets from the Play Store that can used to put that on the home screen for ease of use.

Would that be Settings > Mobile Data > Standard Data?
And then everything would be handled by WiFi when that's unchecked?

Yes ... that's how it works.
