How can I hard reset my Galaxy S5 without an internet connection?

I'm in China and I'm trying to hard reset my phone but it seems Chinas great firewall is causing issues with my phone when connecting to do the reset. Im stuck on the "Checking Connection" screen. I've tried reseting the phone again a number of times but I still have the same issue. Ideally I'd be able to boot the phone from an installer package I could transfer to my phones storage or SD card. Does something like this exist?

Go to the hidden menu by dialing 319712358 and find hard reset settings under there.
