Samsung S5 Neo Not Receiving Or Dialling??

This phone is really ****!

For some reason, when I'm at home and I receive incoming calls or dial out (even though I have a signal), it never works?! I hear nothing, and when I dial a number, it takes ages to connect, then I hear nothing and the call doesn't connect, yet the timer starts?! Yet if I ring a landline number, it works fine!

Anyone else with same problem, and/or a resolution? Never had a problem with any other phone. I thought maybe the signal is messed up. But that can't entirely true, seeing as I can ring my house line, and even my own number via my mobile, which obviously says the line is busy!

Sorted it, I think. Had to turn off the 'Wi-Fi' calling option.
