Based on this https://blog.google/topics/journalis...s-google-news/ I believe it'll be on their mobile site, rather than in an app.

    Actually the BBC says...
"You'll see the tagged articles in the expanded story box on news.google.com and in the Google News & Weather iOS and Android apps, starting with the US and the UK," he added in a blogpost.
So I have never used Google News & Weather (GNW) on the phone before until now I think I see how it works, and now I understand why it probably won't ever display a Fact Check message.

From what I can tell you cannot add your own Sources. Instead, the sources are already curated by Google to exclude anything that would trigger a "fact check" notice. I even tried adding a controversial topic of "vaccines cause autism" and all of the results were carefully picked to not include anti-vaxxing websites. As a result, there were no "fact check" notices.

Basically, if you want to see this feature actually work, you're going to have to visit the Google News website and specifically go to Personalize and Add Source and add something like Infowars or Mercola (anti-vaxxer) for the alarm bells to go off.
