S5 unlocked AT&T

The model is G900A .It has 5.0 version software won't update I try using the AT&T Sim card it didn't work I'm using cricket wireless. I want the new Marshmallow update keeps saying update is current. I want to install the new 6.0 ....build last letters OF3. ...mine way out of date. How can I do this. I'm a new guy trying to do this I know I'll have use a computer to flash or whatever it takes to do it. I try Samsung Smart Switch says current up to date....please help me to do this. Thank you. Bootloader is also unlock.

I'm guessing that you unlocked the AT&T bootloader on model G900A, when you were on Android 4.2 or 4.4 and then upgraded to Android Lollipop by using an adapted AT&T firmware that allowed you to retain the unlocked bootloader. This would preclude it from updating OTA. Unfortunately, AT&T do not release their firmware through the usual Samsung sources, so that users can flash their phones.

I bought the unlock S5 AT&T I haven't done anything to it yet. I just use cricket wireless. What do I need to do flash my phone has 5.0 ....to 6.0 I'm new at flashing what all do I need to do. I'm not afraid to try it.

What install would I use for the 6.0 I'm new at this I'm very sorry. My software is 5.0 AT&T unlocked. I'm using cricket wireless. I want to install the update myself I read what information you sent. I don't know what to use, something PA2, PA3 my last build numbers are OF3. Which one would I use to start the new update. Pretty sure that's not possible. I think you'll have to reactivate it on AT&T to get to 6.0.1. Could be wrong.

I put ATT Sim card in it use wifi said update current.

Download and flash the latest AT&T release, G900AUCU4DPH3. Be warned. this may lock your bootloader... just in case you need a custom recovery on your phone for any reason.

I got it done finally, thank you....no problems with it at all. Thank you. I also found out Best Buy has a Samsung Rep that will update it also. I called to see make sure, yes they do G900A. ....
