Got the your phone has been activated message when I turned it on today. This just since the new update for verizon. Anyone else had odd bugs after updating? Thinking this poor baby is on its way out for me.

Yes. When powering on.

I haven't heard anything like this before. Have you informed Verizon about this?

No. I haven't. I don't imagine they would know anything about why it is doing this. Thought someone might be having a similar issue.

I have an S5 on Verizon. My S5 got an update around 2 days ago. I did the update and have no issues. It was a security update. Build #: MMB29.MG900VVRU2DPG2. Change list: 8025411.

After the update I did a wipe cache partition on my S5.

Tried that as well. So glad it's working for you. I've had nothing major. Just this minor annoyance.
