    I have a S5 and I can sync everything except for my memos which seem to have a lot of valuable things that I don't want to lose. It syncs and then this message pops up and it hasn't been working for a day. Does anybody know how to fix this? And if I press remove account does that delete my account? I am so scared and need to fix this ASAP. Ahhhhh!

    That's typical of Google - something is always not syncing. Don't worry about it. Eventually they'll fix the problem and the memos will sync (and something else will experience problems.) In the meantime (I don't use memos, so I'm guessing), look for something in the memos app that allows you to save memos to some other file type, text, csv, something, save them and copy them to your PC.

    One of my outlook email accounts would not sync and it finally came around very frustrating. I have a new Note 5
