Trying to recover lost voicemail that was saved

I had two or three voicemails from my father who passed away last year saved on my phone. I had to take my phone in yesterday to Verizon because of problems with my battery, and they did a system restore after telling me that everything on my phone was saved to my Verizon cloud. Apparently, the cloud doesn't save voicemails, and I lost the saved ones. The crazy thing is, those that weren't saved, but were more recent were still there. I contacted tech support with Verizon but they couldn't find them, and I've checked about every file on my phone and haven't found them. If someone could help me I would forever be so grateful.

They're most likely gone. Unless you save them manually, one at a time, as files, there's no guarantee that they got saved.
