Why is my Android Galaxy S5 get a screen freeze?

[AC Question]

My Abdroid had this problem for the first time around morning and after I switched it off by removing the battery and SIM card it unfreeze . The same problem happened thi afternoo but all attempts failed. Tried the holding of two buttons simultaneously the power button and down volume for seven to ten seconds nothing happened Can you assist.
