    I've faced this issue twice before but conducted 2 factory resets and it a B**** to deal with and I don't want to do that again. I was watching a video on YouTube and it just stopped working. I then went to my goto apps that help me determine if I truly have internet access and they didn't work either. My bill is paid up through next month, & my carrier said all my settings are accurate. I don't want to conduct another Hard reset. I also cant text or make phone calls!

    Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier, and did you get the phone directly from them, or did you bring it from somewhere else? Make sure the APN is correct: https://www.androidcentral.com/what-...do-i-change-it

    The APN won't affect voice or SMS, though.

    Oh, you're right -- I missed that on the first pass. In that case, I'd contact the carrier and ask for a replacement SIM.
