I recently have been having a problem with my Galaxy S5 going into a reboot loop. It started when the phone had about 25% battery life left. It has been getting progressively worse, sometimes it will go into the reboot loop just after it is removed from the charger and shows 97% battery life.
Having said that it should be noted that this does not occur when I have the phone plugged into the charger or external battery source.
Since this phone has the original OEM battery and it only goes into the reboot loop when it is running on the OEM battery and not when it's plugged into the charger or on an external battery is it safe to assume that it is the battery is nearing the end of its life and causing this or could this be something else?
Any help or suggestions as to what it might be would be most appreciated.
Thanks to all
