The short answer is going to be no. Unfortunately it lacks Verizon's CDMA radios that it does still use, but more importantly it lacks some of the LTE Bands for Verizon.

Exclusives suck, but its something the Carriers demand and OEM's do. Just look back at the first two Galaxy S phones, all carriers had diffent names, specs, shapes. It sucked.
