My battery shows the charging sign but its not charging. What should I do, how do I fix this (I have the Galaxy S6 Active)?

my battery shows the charging sighn but its not charging. i have the galaxy s6 active

I looked in the port nothing was bent and I tried other chargers nothing worked.

Try changing to another cable/lead if you have one.

Did you let the battery drop really low? Then charge it at least overnight before checking it again. In the initial charge state, constant voltage, almost no charge gets into the battery. It may charge enough in 15 minutes to have enough power to turn itself off when you turn it on. (Or it may not even have enough power to turn on.)
