Trouble updating software

I'm having trouble updating my S6 active's software. Every time I try to update it, I get an error message that says "Software Update Interrupted". Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm not sure. They didn't figure anything out during our initial conversation, but an hour later I suddenly had an update pushed to my phone.

Thanks. Did you have your SIM card in it? I tried it 2 times over wifi and it started and then interrupted. Have not tried today. May pop my SIM in later and try it.

I did have my sim card in.

Put my SIM card in this morning and it updated without issue.

Had same thing happen. Ended up doing system reset and that fixed it, but it sucked.
