You can download S-Notes for PC and try there. It's in the Samsung webpage.

S Memo files (with extension .sfm) are located on your phone in Phone/Application/SMemo/cache folder. These are actually image files. PNG files it seems. To view them, I attach my phone to my computer, browse to the Phone/Application/SMemo/cache folder and copy the files to a folder on my pc. Then you can rename the file extension from .sfm to .png. Now you can open the file in any image editor that supports .png files. (I use Pain.net which is free). I only had about 10 of them so it wasn't so bad to create new files on my phone by looking at the images. I imagine there is an easier way to do this, but it worked for me when I updated from S4 to S5.
