    Just got the phone 2 weeks ago and it worked great until the screen went black. Tried soft reset several times and reboots normally. Everything works fine on the phone, alarm, etc. just no screen. AT&T sent a new phone replacement and I have figured out how to transfer photos with USB and contacts with gmail backup. Does anyone know how to mirror the phone to a PC to see the screen to transfer the rest of the settings/apps etc. with Samsung smart switch? Can't add an app now since I can't see the screen to install.
