    I want to be able to text wrap in the Internet browser, how do I do that?

    Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about Samsung's stock Internet browser, or Chrome? It's not possible on Chrome, and it probably isn't on the stock Internet browser either. See this article from 2014: [Bug Watch] Text Reflow Removed From WebViews In KitKat, Probably Not Coming Back

    Text wrapping depends on how the site page was written. Good sites have separate mobile pages that are written to wrap. Sites "written" by people who don't know what they're doing use a "mobile theme", which messes up the wrapping ability of the page. There's nothing you can do on your end. (Reflowing and wrapping are different. Reflowing corrects for a page that can't wrap.)

    That's a good distinction. Perhaps the OP could give us an example of a page that isn't wrapping as desired.
