My Active is 8 months old at this point, so,I was surprised the other day when the 3.5 jack went dead. I'd just given it a quick swish with water to clean it off. But it's waterproof, right?
Called ATT, they made sure the water damage seal was not marked. As it was not, they proceeded with the RMA process, sending me out a replacement unit. Relieved.
Just curious if this has happened to anyone else out there?
