How can I automatically translate languages when texting?

On my S5 I was able to set automatic translating under the menu in the top right corner of the text screen. (Ex) I could choose a contact to text, go to that menu, set for language, and every text that I sent to that person would be in a language they speak and when they text me it would come to me in English. Is that setting on the S6 edge plus?
