Not sure if anyone can help or if it's even possible.
I have my work email set up on my phone through exchange and have the Sync schedule set to manual as I don’t want them coming in automatically like I have my personal email set up.
If I send an email from my work account it's fine and the participant receives it fine, however if I send a calendar invite it says its sent but it the recipient doesn’t receive it. If I manually go to sync all email then it sends ok. The only other way it will work all the time is if I get sync schedule to auto which i didn't want to do.
The same applies to people sending me calendar invites. They won’t appear automatically in my calendar unless I do a manual sync or again have the sync schedule set to Auto.
Again not sure if there is a way around this and hopefully it makes sense
