Why is my charging gets charge real quick

Hey, as i am using S6EDGE PLUS. When my battery goes to 0% and when i connect my charger, it always start from 6%. Is it okay? Why is it not start from 1%. If i, connect charger when it is 4% it still starts from 6%. Is there any charger issue? Beacuse i am not using its original charger cable.

Welcome to Android Central! When a battery gets that low, the accuracy of the reading can be less reliable. I think it might become more pronounced as the battery gets older. Does the battery seem to last for a shorter duration these days compared to when you first got the phone?
