S6 edge + won't reset

Hey all I've been trying to reset my old Samsung s6 edge + with no joy, I haven't got access to the email I set it up with when I got the phone and can't remember the password I used so can't factory reset it through the settings.

When trying to perform a hard reset I can't get into the menu it's just flashing up with the Samsung boot screen over and over again then not letting me into the data menu!!

Can it be reset using a laptop in any way without me having my password!?

You need the old email account. Contact the provider for that account. (Always secure Android phones with Google email addresses, so you can leave them active forever.)
