Samsung email always cc or bcc myself not working, what should I do?

Samsung email "always cc or bcc myself" not working

On my S6 Edge, I am using the Samsung e-mail app and have selected "always bcc myself" on an IMAP account. (Just as I've done on previous Samsung devices.) However, it just doesn't work. The bcc does not appear. I also tried cc but the same thing happened. Is anyone else having this problem?

I would suggest clearing the data of the email app and setting everything back up and see if that helps. Go to system settings — applications — sort by all — email app. Let us know how that works.
