My phone died overnight...So I charged it to full this morning once I got up. Everything works as it should except for the touch key lights that flank the home button. They won't come on and there's no feedback either. Anyone else encounter this problem? Is there a fix I can do? Any help would be appreciated.

Settings/Display/Touch Key Light Duration. It may be set to always off. See if this helps.

Try clearing the app storage cached data in Settings.

    Then, clear the cache partition.

    Turn the device off.
Hold volume up+home+power at the same time.
Use the volume rocker to toggle to clear cache partition. Power button to select.
When complete, use volume rocker and select reboot. Power to select.

Once it comes back let us know.

Cleared the cache...Still nothing. That was the first thing I did this morning and just tried again... Nothing changed

If the reset doesn't help, then call tech support to document your issues and start the exchange process.

To fix this, go to power saving mode and change it so that it's on immediately. After its on, turn it back off. Hopefully that should work. Sometimes when the battery dies completely on this phone it borks the power saving mode so that the capacitive buttons have no feedback.

That's a great tip. Since I never let my battery run so low, I had never experienced things getting borked.
