    I just bought a new S6 Edge SM-G925S but when I turned it on I got a popup message saying "Unfortunately, VolteConfigurationMenu has stopped." I have only one option "OK" but after that the same popup message appears again. I have tried the "wipe data/factory reset" procedure but the problem still exists. The phone was supposed to be "unlocked" but now I really doubt it. Can someone please help me out here? Thanks in advanced.
