    No, you could have a 32TB phone and it would use the same amount of battery as a 32GB phone if everything else were the same (which it usually is in the same model phone in different storage sizes). The existence of storage doesn't use battery.

    Apples and oranges...

    One could argue, you will blow through your battery quicker with the larger storage phone, as you'd be saving and downloading more, all hypothetical of course lol
