    My contact app crashes multiple times a day, so essentially I have no contacts. If someone calls or text they are recognized but nothing is in the app if it decides to open. Also my visual voice-mail craps out when trying to open it. All of this since the t-mobile 5.1.1 update.. Help?

    Are all of your contacts from your Google account? If so, go to the App Manager, select Contacts, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Do the same for Contacts Storage (if present). Now open it again and wait for it to sync with your Google account again. Does that make a difference?

    Before you do the reset, try a cache partition wipe: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095

    No change =( I hate hard resets! Part of me says just wait until marshmallow comes to fix it
