My Galaxy S6 Edge phone stops downloading emails after initial download
It started few weeks ago (before that everything worked fine). The phone stopped downloading e-mails. I had to re-set my e-mail account on the phone but after initial download of the e-mails it stopped again. Second time it happened I went to settings and changed the "Period to Sync Emails" from All to 1 month. After that the phone initially downloaded new e-mails but few minutes later when I received new messages on my Outlook it stopped again (Btw I have IMAP). So from that point I know that the only way to download emails is to change the Sync period again... This is super frustrating and I hope there is a permanent fix to it... Does any one know what is the issue here?
