Samsung galaxy edge 6 phone is locked out because of abnormal factory reset I don't have a Samsung account id or password I'm locked out. How do I access it?

You have to have an account, it's required to set one up when you first get your device... give this thread a read. [Guide] Forgotten Password.

A Samsung account is not a requirement but is all too often overlooked. The OP needs to take the device to a Samsung service centre
