Change network?

I am using a verizon galaxy s6 on the att network.

I put in all the apn settings and select att as network and I can connect to LTE without issues.

The problem is it changes back go Hspa.

How can I fix it to the att network ?

HSPA is 3G, and you can switch to it if there's no decent 4G signal where you are. If there is, take the phone to your AT&T Device Support Center (ask in your local store for the location - there's one near you), and ask them to help you get the phone set up right.
