So I'm new to rooting and the Android OS in general and want to find out if its worth me to root or not. I know there are probably hundreds of questions like this already but I have some pretty specific questions. Ive got the S6 Edge and I know that rooting conventionally would trip Knox and void my warranty but Ive done a bit of research about pingpong root and allegedly its not supposed to trip Knox. Im just curious if it would still void my warranty or if they would even be able to find out. If I reset my phone would there still be trace files leftover from the root that would tip Samsung off? I know that when I jailbroke my previous iPhones it was pretty hard for Apple to find out as long as I factory reset via USB. I would also like to take advantage of Samsung Pay when it comes out. I heard that as long as Knox isn't tripped on the phone that Samsung Pay will work perfectly. Can somebody confirm this. Thanks
