    What do you guys think developing will be like on the S6? Even though it won't be running a Qualcomm chip, should I still expect good support?

    Given that both Samsung and qualcomm are using vanilla ARM cores, it shouldn't be a problem. Just have to account for the different GPUs.

    Are you saying no AOSP by small team devs or unlikely to see any releases even from the bigger teams? Always enjoy playing around with CM and PA, among others.

    exynos chips don't typically get aosp based roms unless sammy releases the source. i believe the cm team skip phones with these chipsets, or so ive read. you will for sure get root on s6's that aren't on at&t or verizon and at least custom based stockish roms. its something to keep in mind.

    Hmm... Hard decision to make. Might have to pull the trigger on a oneplus one as a stop gap til the real deal comes out.
