How do you add your signature to text messaging on a Galaxy S6?

how do you add your signature to text messaging on glaxy s6

in the settings on s4 it had a signature block so everytime I sent a text, it was there but not on this phone

I have the same problem
It was easy with s4 but I cant do it with s6 any advice ?

On mine if I run messages, I touch MORE and then Settings.

I have a setting under Quick responses called Signature. I click on it and hit the off switch, it turns on and I get a option to enter a signature.

I have the S6 edge, but I remember seeing that option in the S6 as well.

Sure looks like a way to have a signature in the default messages app to me.

I agree it does not work with the new lollipop 5.0.2 but it does work with lollipop 5.0.1 I have the note 4, wife sg6

I don't have that option and I'm on AT&T
Maybe AT&T took that option off

I'm using Verizon message + , after trying Samsung text, and Google hangouts I like that app the best for texting, it had that option. If course that is only good if you have Verizon.

Here's T-Mobile...no Signature option. Looks pretty different than yours. Nothing in "More Settings" tab either...

All these answers have been helpful. I finally ended putting my tagline in the Quick Responses. I write the email, then tap "more", "quick responses", then scroll to my tag. It is an awkward workaround, but it seems to work.

Here is what I did with my S6

1) Opened my email on my phone.
2) Pressed the inbox arrow.
3) Pressed the word settings.
4) Pressed the account name.
5) Pressed Signature.
6) Edit Signature.
7) Press done.
Exited out.

Simple
Just go to text messages, Click on "Conversations" on your top left where the 3 bars are, then "Settings," then look for where it says " Enable Signature (enable it,)land right under that you'll see "Auto Signature," click on it and add "Sent from my Galaxy S6," click on "Set," and then you're all done.

Some carriers such as AT&T and I think T-mobile have disabled this option.
