how do I recover a deleted email to my inbox?

I have a samsung s6 and am on a pop server using an email address from go daddy. I only have that one account going to my mailbox. I am able to read the email in the recycle bin but am unable to forward, reply or save the email. There seems to be no option to move it to the in box folder...

Try the web interface on GoDaddy. There should be a box you can check next to the deleted email (in the recycle bin or deleted folder) and an Action, which you can set to Move to - then move it to the inbox.

Same problem except I am using 1 and 1 and it won't change.
